WORKSHOP:![]() Art Quilt Wall Hanging with Kathy Oughton Join gardener and quilter Kathy Oughton in this hands-on workshop, in which you’ll learn new techniques and create a colorful, vibrant art quilt wall hanging. Instructor will provide patterns. Students must bring their own sewing machines and basic quilting supplies.

WORKSHOP:![]() Pine Needle Basket with Marge Balder Master basket maker Marge Balder returns by demand to instruct this class in which you’ll create a beautiful and useful basket using a sturdy wooden base and Florida pine needles. Balder, who has trained with nationally-renowned basket makers and sells her work locally, will provide all necessary materials.

WORKSHOP:![]() Encaustic Collage with Joanne LaForest-Qua Talented Capital-region artist and instructor Joanne LaForest-Qua will guide you step-by-step to create a unique encaustic collage using an ancient wax process and fabric, paper, stamps, photographs and organic materials on a substrate of your choice. Students must bring a 16x20” maximum substrate and any collage components they would like to incorporate. |

Not only will you learn how to use a small floor loom, you will leave the class with your very own scarf. Kruppenbacher will provide valuable assistance in this intimate hands-on class.
